The ninth Porsche Driving Experience Center in the Tokyo catchment area opend 2021 with complete driving technology equipment: Kick plate CAR SP21, mechanical obstacles with crash detection, speed measurements and a pump station for water technology
Technical upgrade – At the ÖAMTC Drive Safety Center Teesdorf the Hytronics development team modernized the existing kick plate with a new control system in 2020. In 2020 the center, which has existed since 1977, was extensively rebuilt and adapted to the latest technology. In addition to a Kick plate SPK21, three Pospstacles and the Drive Vision speed measurement await the participants of driver trainings. The pump station for irrigation and all control panels come from Unterweitersdorf.
With 50,000 m², the new center complements Salfelden’s ÖAMTC driving center with an infrastructure with optimal conditions for vehicle presentations, tire tests and incentives. Dorninger Hytronics is responsible for water hazards, irrigation and pump control as well as their intuitive operation. The “Race of Champions” timekeeping mode on a two-line Drive Vision ensures excitement among motorsport professionals.
